Service and response was great when I had an issue with an order. Some shirts I liked didn't have the size for me so inventory could be improved. Overall, shirt quality is good, fit is right so my size, sleeves and length are perfect. Light weight fabric shirt does wrinkle quite a lot after washing, so be prepared to steam or iron after drying.
