Very very slow in processing claims.
Very very slow in processing claims. Our dog is purebred, AKC registered. No health issues whatsoever, yet was rehomed to us with no medical records that could be obtained. Our vet has said he is in perfect health. We had this baby for a year now, yet even for a wellness check it is the same garbage. They want two years records. Been insured now for a year with them too. Take the money and deny claims is their game.
