Love it, but could be better
Everything is great! I love it! My only critiques are that on Netflix the new ones I can't get because it's too high quality to get. And that I can't get videos on others, like PureFlex, for example. Another problem I have is that my computer crashed. So, I had to repurchase again, despite the fact that I bought the lifetime one and it was suppose to go to 3 different other computers. I tried to get it back onto my computer after it was fixed, but it was unsuccessful. So, I had to repurchase for the lifetime one again. What's to say that I will have to repurchase again, and how can I get reimbursed for the false advertisement of 3 different computers and for repurchasing that was a fail? Other than those things, I am happy and grateful to you! So, thank you! :)
