AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
The metal used in the product was not as described, and despite providing evidence, I was repeatedly offered discounts and partial refunds rather than a proper resolution. Selling cheap costume jewellery described as silver and gold. Don’t expect any refunds as they give an incomplete return address and say you have to pay shipping etc back to China! There are other reviewers who tried to send theirs back and didn’t make it! Wish I’d checked reviews here before purchasing. Looks like they have a lot of fake/paid for reviews under the Helloice.com site
