Homrain has no real customer service
We ordered a prom suit on April 5th with expedited shipping as the prom date was 4/13. Order WBHRUS00004107 -I sent first email (as there is no other way to contact) on 4/09 concerned that the order had not shipped explaining that it was needed for 4/13. (Side note: no replies to any emails in any folder, I’ve checked everything). -a shipping notification was sent on 4/14, which was useless to us as it was post prom. -I’m not sure when the package actually arrived as I was traveling for work, but when I opened it up to see how to return there was absolutely no paperwork or instructions. So I reached out via email again on 4/24. No response. Again. -sent another email 4/26, no response (and, yes, I checked the spam folder. . I plan to see if the credit card company I used might be able to help me. -I am writing this in hope that it helps other people avoid this issue.
