In less than a year after purchasing the lifetime StreamFab, it is completely broken for the major streaming companies. There has been no improvements that resolve the major issue of DRM. The customer service, or lack thereof, makes it even more frustrating. There is no transparency in upcoming fixes, or timelines for fixes. All responses from customer service/technical support are canned responses used to get the customer to wait. They will close tickets even when there is no resolution to the issue. There is no recourse for the lack of fixes to the software/service. DO NOT BUY/SUBSCRIBE!!! CHECK THE FORUMS FIRST!!!
