Bad customer experience - promising refund and raising expectations but not honouring it
I bought a Wolfbox OEM bracket that was said to be universal and would fit into my car. I was initially said I was eligible for a refund, however upon review, no refund was granted to me. Stay away from their products, bad customer service and bad products.
