Absolutely despicable
Absolutely despicable. Had to enter credit card for free trial. None of the features worked as I expected so went to cancel my trial the same day before I was charged. Pop up screen made me accidentally instant upgrade to the pro version instead. I immediately cancelled and tried to get a refund. After multiple back and forth emails they refused to refund me even though I didn’t use any of the provided services that don’t work to begin with. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card.
