Chronic website issues
I’ve experienced chronic issues with their website — their design tools are outdated and need serious updating. When I email their support team with problems, I receive basic, often generic responses that don’t actually address my questions. It usually takes multiple follow-ups, and even then, the issues are rarely resolved. I always end up having to find a workaround just to complete my work. They do have nice products, and I’ve sold quite a bit through them, but at this point, I’m actively looking for a new POD vendor who offers better platform functionality and responsive support.
