I purchased No response from company after oven faultan oven from this company…
I purchased an oven from this company via Amazon in November 2023. Unfortunately, the dial/knob has stopped working. I contacted them with photos and a video to ask about the warranty and advise on how to fix it if this is out of warranty, as I absolutely love the oven. I've not even had it two years, which is not ideal for the dial to stop responding. I haven’t received any reply yet It’s disappointing not to receive support. If they respond or resolve this, I’ll be happy to update my review.
