Love the program
Love the program, it is a great experience. For people doing this the first time like me can be a bit overwhelmed. There is no doubts that all the other programs are good and effective from the first minute you start to speak about it, the presentation should be just a bit shorter that we have a little bit more time to work on all the info inside ourselves and the weekend be a little less exhausting. But anyway I would do again with my partner :)
