I've followed Trashie for awhile and finally jumped in with a 3 bag purchase. Right after pressing Confirm, I realized my shipping address was wrong. I couldn't change the order by myself and was told writing to customer service would take 48 hours for a response (it was Sunday), but soon thereafter someone wrote to me and said they were able to change the address and all would be seamless. I was relieved and impressed, can't wait to be part of this worthy mission.
