Great Customer Service
I ordered my 3rd bag and had a shipping issue. The first 2 orders were 100% fine (receiving and sending back the bags). But my 3rd bag never came so I opened a customer service ticket. Lakeitha was very responsive and sent a replacement bag. I thought I was about to have an issue with the replacement shipment but it finally came (and so did the original order!). Overall, I was very happy the resolution! I haven't spent any of the Trashie cash yet so anxious to see if I have shipping issues with those future orders.
