Customer Service Can't Spell
I purchased the Sporty's Learn to Fly course. there was an issue with my account that was my fault, so I emailed customer service to get it corrected. they replied swiftly, saying it had been fixed. they told me my new username was my first and last name. I tried over and over again to log in. The issue? They had spelled my last name wrong. They were given the correct spelling in the signature of every email I sent, and I spelled it out for them and asked if it was the correct username. they said it was. I am extremely displeased with the whole situation. this has wasted hours of my time.
