Poor customer service
1. When one of the paintings I ordered was sold out, they did not contact me but replaced with a "popular" painting. One I will never use and did not want. I did agree to keep it to avoid the hassle of returning. 2. They sent the wrong paint colors with one of the paintings and did not help when I reached out to them.
