Ordered over a month ago, never arrived
I ordered over a month ago, the tracking number says it’s here since 17th of April but didn’t arrive, I’m supposed to pick it up at the local sorting centre but don’t have any idea where that could be, I’ve been trying to reach them but they don’t answer my emails or the chat online, so don’t expect your order to arrive at all IP-78196 Update: they told me to try again the email, it’s been 3 days and nothing again, just disappointing. Update2: I finally got my package and they helped me find it, the quality is what I expected but I had to wait almost 2 months to finally get it to my hands, I’m in South America so idk if the mail is better in the US, so have that in mind when you buy
