Zero order/delivery updates
So far, not a great experience. I have yet to receive either of my two orders placed over a week ago. There's been no relevant shipping updates - in fact, one order shows it was delivered a full month before I even placed the order. Won't order from this shop again. Editing my review to 3 stars. I appreciate the shop responded to my feedback promptly. However, I would comment that no link to track my shipment was previously provided via email, nor is the tracking number recognizable (UPS, Fedex, etc) and there was no indication the product ships from The Netherlands. I was on a US web site and naturally presumed shipping was within the US. Had I received an email with a tracking link, I'd have never posted. Communicate with your users!
