Waiting on refund for a month now!
Slow responding customer support. Promised refund is way overdue. After many back and forth and promise of a refund soon (how hard can it be) I started a chargeback claim via my bank. Case is nice and all but don’t buy unless you 100% want to keep it, horrendous support and communication.
