MONEY TAKEN, NO RAILCARD! ps.: Customoer service constantly lying and delaying, never offer any solution. I bought a discount railcard on mytrainpal.com, using Google-linked login. After successful payment, the railcard needs to be accessed on trainpal app, which does NOT support Goolge-linked login. Now I am in a dead loop and lost money due to their technical error
