Horrible Customer Support
The keyboard itself has a premium feel to it. However, the bottom left and top right corners are a different height, which causes the keyboard to wobble. This is extremely evident when typing and adds a major annoyance that really hinders the typing experience. I expect to have a solid typing experience, especially since this is what this keyboard is marketed as. Maybe mine was a dud so I reached out to and was extremely patient with customer support. I gave them ample time to reply and to come up with a resolution, as I believe that this should be either covered by the warranty, an exchange, or some sort of agreeable resolution. I had to keep following up to their very limited communication and days turned into weeks and turned into over a month. I was hoping to be fair with giving them a chance and to and avoid leaving such a negative review. After another week of my attempts to follow up on the situation and much dissatisfaction from their lack of support, resolution, and communication, I decided to leave honest feedback about my frustration and dissatisfied experience.
