Impressive Catalog of Merchandise, Dissatisfied with Customer Service
I'm very impressed with the variety, quality, and creativity of this company's products. The affordability of their merchandise was quite a relief. I like that the company provides tutorial videos pertaining to the assembly of some of its products; it was very helpful. However, I suggest that the company include hyperlinks within the products' descriptions that will immediately lead one to the tutorial video. Furthermore, I was attracted to the design, layout, and aesthetics of the company's website. It was intuitive, interactive, and helped me visualize certain products in my own home. On the contrary, upon receiving my purchase, one of the socket kits was missing a component. After multiple failed attempts at contacting customer service, I finally received a response from someone. I was advised that the missing component would be mailed to me soon. However, multiple weeks have passed and I've yet to receive the missing part to complete my light fixture.
