I wish I could give 0 stars! First, they advertise receiving your package at a time frame that they do not uphold which is fraud. I placed an order on Aug 4th and IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund 5 mins after placing the order after reading all the negative reviews and the response was the same each time I requested a refund and to cancel the order “our warehouse is backed up because of back to school orders”. BULLSH!T…if it’s backed up make that known on your website that you wont receive your package in 8-11 business days and instead in 30 plus business days. DO NOT order from this site. I will be contacting my bank to place the dispute for delayed service. This is absolutely ridiculous. And after reading EVERYONES reviews about the exact same thing and watching them comment under each person that the warehouse is backed up makes me never want to order ever again. That is just very unprofessional. You mean to tell me your warehouse has been backed up for months yet you’re still advertising on your website that packages will be received in 8-11 business days instead of being honest that it will be 30 plus!
