Had assigned the Jetpac to a nonexistent email address. Chat with customer service via Whatsapp. Response was instant and they were ae to resolve my issue right way. Tjey jad me install the Jetpacapp so tjey can reassign the eSIM correctly. They have very good customer service. Will use their service again and will recommendd to friends.
