Stay away from this service. I paid for a specific phone number, but due to financial difficulties and a lack of immediate need, I couldn't use it for a while. They ended up cancelling my number. Once my business was back on track, I tried to subscribe again, but the phone number was no longer available. Support informed me that I had to purchase a new number because they rent their numbers from a third party. Why was I paying for a phone number if I risked losing it due to their flawed business model? Additionally, they charge for incoming calls in addition to outbound calls. That means that every time I receive a phone call, from scammers for ex., I pay for that. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is, that is what I learn dealing with these guys. Avoid KrispCall, as they will not save you money in the long term. Might as well turn to AirCall.
