First I paid for urgent visa ( 2 working days) then I receive a message saying that will take 5-7, I accepted. I waited from 9 -15 May and sent a message for support and they reply me saying that they didn’t even process my visa, they will process on 15 and I have to wait 5 working days. This was a waste of time, and money.
