Lifetime until you loose the product key
In around 2010 I purchased lifetime DVD copy & lifetime DVD ripper which came with product key back then. Then about 5 years later I purchased separately the full lifetime software package which I think was around $350-$500 aud & then a few years later I lost the product key for the original purchase DVD copy & ripper I had saved on my laptop so contacted dvdfab support 3 times over a month asking for a new product key or way to activate it again only to be completely ignored all 3 times with no reply at all. They only reply if they want to, I've had other inquiries that they've had no problem replying to. So yeah do not pay any money to them what so ever, it's expensive & they can't be trusted. 100% untrustworthy Chinese website, use other free software like BDLOT DVD iso maker, MAKE MKV, DVD shrink, ect. I have never since purchased other software from them & never will. To be honest I don't care if the full package I have stoped working either. I'm over having a tone of expensive hdds full of DVD & blu ray rips that I have to upgrade these drives every 5 years or so, it's a waste of time & money. Also if you purchase a full software package from them every time they come out with a new product it's not included in what you already have. DVD & blu ray ie physical media if winding down now due to streaming, don't waste your time & money if you want blu rays buy them & use a blu ray player to play them as media players & software & apps don't play back smoothly a lot of the time. I could go on but just don't waste your time or use free software to rip & VLC player to play Update to dvdfabs response The reason I contacted you 3 times years ago is because I no longer have the email address or login info used when I purchased the original software. I told you guys in the TICKETS what the email address used when purchased along with my name & there was no response at all to any of the 3 TICKETS you can't verify me if you don't reply to my TICKETS right. You guys can't be trusted, your not trustworthy. DO NOT PURCHASE SOFTWARE FROM THEM. Waste of time ripping DVDs blu rays ect DISC READ ERROR. good bye dated 1999 DVD scratched plastic frizbees. Your logo is a monkey, anyone who pays for your piracy encouraging crapware is a monkey. THE END
