Unfortunately, that has not been my recent experience. I currently have multiple pending redemptions that have exceeded the timeframe I was originally given. Despite contacting customer support several times, I continue to receive the same generic responses that my redemptions are "still processing" or "under review," with no clear explanation, timeline, or follow-up. What's most frustrating is the lack of transparency. If there is an issue, I would rather be told exactly what it is than receive repeated copy-and-paste answers for days. I have been a paying customer, have completed prior redemptions successfully, and expected better communication. Until these redemptions are resolved and the company improves its communication regarding withdrawals, I can no longer recommend Lucky Rush with the same confidence I once did.
