CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY
The response to my concerns were not only met with swiftness but even after being offered a solution that was questionable on my side, I was given an opportunity for a fair replacement at no further expense to me. In this day and age it has become a retailers design to not only ignore customer concerns, especially with overseas customers, but this statue was seemingly not considered. Only the satisfaction of "one" out of many. The integrity is duly noted and appreciated therefore, my rating review. Blessings
