Surprisingly incompetent WRT e-commerce
Orders for two different items shown to be in stock in their store both could not be fulfilled - as I found out one week and three e-mails later. Nobody saw fit to tell me anything even after a week of placing my order. They claimed my first two e-mails had been somehow gobbled up by their system. It took e-mails 4 and 5 to finally sort things out completely. I was offered a lame 10% discount for my next purchase but that will never happen. My experience: They seem rather disorganized and the whole enterprise was a complete waste of my time. Upgraded from two to three stars due to friendly and positive responses to my criticism.
