Unprofessional time setting.
Unprofessional time setting. Boarding time at 5:20, flight at 6. I arrived at the gate at 5:48 thinking I could still catch up since I'm still within the BOARDING TIME( a duration of time for customer to pass the last check point and guided to the plane). I missed the flight. Figured that for the flight I'm on stated on their T&C that gate will be closed 20 min b4 flight. So why is the boarding time 5:20 and flight is 6? Exactly 20 min b4 he gate is closed like what. Fix this. Make the boarding time like 4:20 or sum. All in all, fix the boarding time duration.
