Absolutely dreadful. Worst company ever.
Absolutely dreadful. Rubbish quality dress, rubbish customer service and extortionate return costs. Slow refund. Dress huge and not as photo. Different colour, trimmings and pleat arrangement. Heavy, not floaty as described. 2 failed delivery targets. I couldn't obtain a return label because rosewe were on holiday. When I did, had only 10 days to return instead of published 30. Published I would pay £6.10 for return but instead was charged almost £12. They also ignored most of my 'tickets'. Waited 2 months for delivery. Offered speedy dispatch on another outfit for imminent wedding. Turned out to be a choice of swimsuits. Don't bother going through my trauma. Just don't bother ordering. Robbers.
