Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. . they cant figure out how to just get a better customer service team to handle things. who tf makes some new migration label system and then has the customers need to manually edit the labels or orders wont ship. oh and even better u can use their ai that will cost 1.50 to fix ur label for you, which u would assume would work especially when u make us pay for it! but it doesnt work at all! its garbage and wtf is migration of labels anyway my labels are not fkng birds they dont need migrating just ship the damn orders
