Excellent costumer service
I placed an order months before and my parcel couldn't get delivered several times due to the failure of the local delivery company. Cossky's customer service was very helpful, they reacted to my complaints quickly and reshipped my order several times. At the end we came up with a solution together, and after months of unsuccessful delivery, I finally got my order. It is just as described and a very good quality!
