I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but on this occasion I feel it’s warranted. I ordered a necklace around six weeks ago and was initially very happy when it arrived. However, after only a short time, part of the silver has already tarnished. I reached out to customer service to express my disappointment, as I own several pieces of silver jewellery and have never experienced this issue so quickly. I was told the tarnishing was due to “outside factors” and likely caused by contact with something that accelerated the process. I responded to explain that I had followed the care and cleaning guidance provided, and felt there should be some responsibility on their part given how little time I’ve had the necklace. Unfortunately, the reply I received simply stated that I was outside of the 30-day period, with no offer to discuss the matter further or find a resolution. This isn’t the level of customer service you would expect when investing in a piece of jewellery. Very disappointing.
