Unresponsive Company and Ignored Return Request
I ordered the Tofu100, but instead they sent me the Tofu68. I tried to contact them for a week and sent them 3 emails to get advice on the return process. However, I received zero response from them. They are simply ignoring any contact attempt. Update: I haven’t received any response so far. It looks like I’m stuck with the wrong product. This has been a complete waste of money.
