I placed an order with Crua and worked with Jessie. I am beyond impressed by the customer service.
I placed an order with Crua and worked with Jessie. He called me and took care of everything. Jessie not only looked into my issue but made sure to message me back when I did not get back to him. That is so rare these days to have such incredible customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I received my coupon. Also, the product quality is amazing. I am looking forward to camping now.
