My order
My order, number FC696671, which was placed on April 16, 2025, has yet to be fulfilled, as it is currently out of stock. Communication with Findercube is horrendous! I have requested my money back on three occasions, but what I received are canned email responses offering me a discount on another purchase! What is worse is that they are still actively advertising out-of-stock merchandise. It is obvious they have no intention of fulfilling paid-for orders or refunding the money once they get your money!! Do not purchase from this company if you care about your money!!
