I purchased the face and neck mask which have worked well. I have had an issue with the battery pack for the neck mask but they have been very prompt and answering my emails to resolve this issue. I truly appreciate the customer service received even after you’ve paid for it. This is a very important some companies will not respond or make it very difficult to get service after purchase.
