Can I give less than 1 star? Do they deserve less than 1 star? Yes, for making it impossible to cancel. Yes for promising a refund and then not paying. Here are some other comments. I too subscribed to Cardi health for a trial period, didn’t see a auto renewal clause and when I received a charge on my CC I tried to stop subscription but I also got an error message and they didn’t have a phone number to call. I find this company very difficult and leaning on fraud. I still can’t stop subscription. Don’t touch this company - when I went to cancel my subscription they charged me £48.88 for nothing. I had never used their service and wanted to cancel and they have never explained the £48.88 charge They charged my card without authorization for renewal. I just agreed on few weeks and they don’t even tell you when it is renewal time. And even after cancellation they don’t refund the money. They deceive people. It is bad app. I have already given Cardi Health my email multiple times. No refund as promised.
