I brought in my Niu Mqi GT 70 3 months ago to a authorized repair shop and it’s been there since, the scooter it’s still under warranty and it needs a replacing FOC (for the second time) which hasn’t been shipped yet. I tired to contact Niu after sales customer service several times explaining the issue (the part not being shipped yet) as many times, but still no actual useful response other than their copy and paste response, I still don’t know how long i’m gonna need to wait. seems like nobody knows anything and nobody has any responsibilities.
