Scam in an APP
This app is an absolute joke. You might get your ticket, or you might not—it’s a complete toss-up. And when things go wrong (which they will), don’t even bother trying to reach customer service. They’re either impossible to contact or blatantly ignore you. They market themselves as offering options from various companies, but it’s all a scam—run by the same shady entity. Of course, this means endless headaches trying to find your ride. Frankly, this is unacceptable. Businesses like this have no place operating, and I sincerely hope they go bankrupt sooner rather than later. Disgraceful!
