I been a member for just short of 2 years. Over that time period, I had 2 minor issues. They were quick to respond and empathetic about the situation. I also appreiate that they took full responsiblity for the issues and were quick to make it right. As far as surveys go, they are varied and I'll be honest here, some are more intersting than others but that is a reality in doing surveys. They also reward you better than most other survey sites and are quick to payoff once you request a payout. This is a brief snapshot of their latest response. "We apologize for the late announcement regarding the Mother's Day Promotion.We replied to your inquiry on Thursday and also manually added 3,000 points to your account that day." So I would highly suggest you join and do a survey as your time permits, you will find it quite rewarding.
