Dissapointed on cost and shipment day
First time using Sugargoo and really disappointed as system not friendly user which manually contact customer service to add parcel, then the shipping cost is very high compared to other shipment company like buymall, and the sea is 17-26 days as mentioned by customer service where 12 days already but my parcel still in China wait for shipment date with no fixed promise date...really bad service and disappointed..this will be first and last time using this company...never even use them again
