No responses after claim submitted on 15Apr24
I've submitted my claim on 15th April 24 for Europe trip. All the supporting documents submitted. However, there are no responses from FWD since the day submitted after numerous emails to check the status. In addition, I've also made a call to customer service. They helped to send Urgent email. Up-to-date, no response from FWD at all.
