I would have given the 10 stars for Maybank, Kuching for their great support and knowledgeable results from the staff. My account was dormant and was closed due to inactive account. And I am in overseas, that's the main issues. But a big thank you to Cik Zurina Ali from Maybank, Ground & Mezzanine, Jln Song Thian Cheok, Kuching, Sarawak. She has been excellent, supportive and knowledgeable throughout the processes and I was in a short period of time to have my account reactivated.
