Dishonest. Does not honor 30-day return policy
Cotosen’s employees blatantly do not honor this company’s return policy. They ignored several requests for a return and refund of my order well within the 30 day refund policy presented on their website. They used manipulative politeness to avoid addressing my request. The two stars is for the promptness of replies to my emails, and for issuing a partial refund on some of the items that were completely different from my order. They later used my accepting this partial refund as an excuse for not issuing a full refund. Cotosen’s reply below to my review is an attempt from them to appear reasonable. They did not in anyway resolve the problem I wrote about. As, I described, “manipulative politeness” is how this company’s employees operate.
