No support when needed as they promised
Made-in-China was asked to honor their guarantee. I used their secure trading site as they require for their customer service. I was put in touch with Echo their online support manager. Echo suggested I pay more then what was written in my order as the seller had made a mistake then when I asked Echo to share with me the promised ship to date if I did this Echo never responded again. It would be nice to have someone to help me through this process but apparently Made-in-China is not the right company. I am sure it works great when the supplier actually deliveries on what they have promised but do not rely on Made-in-China to provide support when you need it. In response to Made-in-China’s response. My issue is with the fact that Echo has not responded to my multiple reply’s to his May 23rd email. Apparently he felt his job was over once he told me I should pay 150 more for the order to cover the cost of shipping that the supplier did not calculate. Perhaps Made-in-China should relook at their policies in rating suppliers. The supplier I was dealing with was top rated and yet Made-in-China does not hold them accountable for what they agreed to, the fact that they wanted me to use a different service besides their STS process or the fact that they went over a week just ignoring my requests for updates. Your rating system should mean something if you profess as being here to help. I forwarded the three emails I sent in response as requested. Again none of these email had a reply from Echo. I decided to just get the product from Amazon instead, even though it is more expensive, I know I can rely on their delivery, prices and service.
