Appreciation for Gemma Carter
We wanted to highlight our appreciation of fantastic service received from Gemma Carter on the purchase of our property. Gemma consistently went above and beyond her remit to support and progress the sale forward and connect all dots. Her communication, dedication and professionalism were superb and she was always quick to respond. Unfortunately our solicitors were dreadful, but Gemma supported with giving them a nudge and provided us with updates that we would likely never have got so we could action items and keep things moving. We do not think we would be happily settled in our new property now without her. Gemma is a big asset to Preston Baker. We cannot thank you enough!
