Extremely poor shipping - Order from July 4th still hasn't arrived
I placed an order on July 4th to be delivered to Madrid, and after more than 3 weeks, it still hasn't arrived. This is incredibly frustrating as the shipping time is unacceptable. I expect customer service to look into this immediately and provide a solution or a refound
