I sent Phyllis the customer service rep an email about returning a pair of glasses and I got the runaround. She asked for the prescription for the glasses and I sent that. Now I got an out of office email stating they are out of office for 3-4 days. If you need to return something you are s**t out of luck, go else where.

Hello,
I purchased two pairs of glasses (A-2012 and 5096), that I would want to return for a full refund. I submitted a request on the website for someone to contact me, on Tuesday, but I have not been able to get the information to return them. All the representatives keep asking me is about the prescription when this is supposedly a hassle free return.
